- The participants develop a master project plan for their own company based on the seminar content. The project plan is drawn up in a practical manner within the company and can thus be used as the basis for the ESG transformation within the company.
Development of an ESG focus topic for your own company
- The participants choose a focus topic from the seminar content and develop a solution for their own company, e.g. ESG business and risk strategy, integration of ESG data in controlling, integration of ESG in risk management. For example, guidelines and processes are developed and implementation is described.
Optional online-based self-test
- You can take the optional online-based self-test on your PC. It comprises single or multiple-choice questions and takes 45 minutes. Once you have completed the self-test, you will immediately see whether you have passed or failed. This test helps you to review and consolidate the learning content and identify specific gaps in your knowledge.
Module 4: Workshop "Practical transfer: presentation, exchange of experience, reflection, feedback" (1 day)
Presentation of the results of the ESG master project plan and ESG focus topic in plenary and exchange of experiences:

- The participants have 20 minutes each to present their results.
