- You will receive concrete tools for developing a stakeholder management programme in your organization. We use various methods in the training and also go into practical work.
- The process-based approach allows the stakeholder profiles to be successively consolidated so that a situation-specific approach can be selected for dealing with the stakeholders.
- In the sense of a risk assessment, participants learn about different perspectives on the behavior, interests and options for action of stakeholders in order to identify and address problematic aspects of the stakeholder relationship in good time.
