For over 25 years, KATE has been supporting companies and organizations on their journey toward a sustainable future—through expert consulting on sustainability management and climate protection, practical training programs, and genuine community building. We combine our diverse areas of expertise with a shared goal: to empower sustainability leaders in their roles and support them in overcoming challenges through a strong network. We embody this partnership, because that is precisely the idea behind the Sustainable Impact Circle: bringing together different strengths to achieve more together.

The network runs for nine months. Each month, there is a topic-specific deep dive, and in the first three months, there is a session for moderated collegial case consultation/peer coaching.

No. Deep Dives are voluntary—you decide whether the topic is relevant to you. However, peer sessions benefit from regular participation, as they are based on shared learning and trust.

The kick-off provides orientation for the process and allows participants to get to know each other for the first time

• Short mini-impulses from various personalities

Collegial case consultation is a low-threshold, open-topic peer coaching format (90 minutes). You bring your current challenges to the table and receive immediate feedback. The first sessions are moderated, and after three sessions, the group organizes itself and can set up joint appointments as needed.

Before the kick-off, participants are divided into groups and receive a 90-minute slot for the three moderated case consultations, which take place on the respective Tuesday.

The available time slots are:
9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Alternatively, an afternoon slot is available:
1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Each monthly Deep Dive provides you with:
• Expert input from a specialist
• Followed by: Small group discussions on the respective topics (e.g., climate adaptation, mobility, supply chains)
• Up-to-date specialist knowledge that can be directly applied to your practice
