This training is held in German.
Fee-based contracts are more common in the public sector. However, they have a high risk potential because employees occasionally wish to have their status as employees established retrospectively after a number of years - especially if they are separated from them. In this way, the employer is then obliged to pay both parts of the social security contributions, usually for 4 years. It is therefore very important to be aware of the legal issues for reasons of cost, but also to maintain personnel organization and for personnel management. The training should help you to understand the delimitation well and ensure practical - probably cost-effective - implementation.
