Retrospektiven gehören mit zu den wichtigsten Elementen von agilen Methoden. Man nutzt Retrospektiven primär dazu, um aus der Vergangenheit zu lernen und entsprechende Veränderungen für die Zukunft abzuleiten. So wird ein kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) unterstützt. Leider werden Retrospektiven gerne vernachlässigt oder weggelassen, weil man das Gefühl hat, dass sie keinen Mehrwert (mehr) bringen und immer die gleichen Themen diskutiert werden. Das ist falsch! In diesem Training lernen Sie, wie Sie Retrospektiven so gestalten und moderieren können, dass Ihnen das nicht passiert.
