E-exam: Master Class Certified Diversity & Inclusion Manager
Examination requirements
The prerequisite for taking the exam is successful participation in the four Master Class courses. We recommend attending all courses within a maximum of two years and taking the exam close to the last course attended.
Exam contents
The content of all four Master Class courses is relevant for the exam. As soon as you have booked the exam, you will see it in your Haufe learning environment. There is a tile with more detailed information about the e-exam, such as a small mini-preview of the exam format with various sample questions, as well as the practice exam.

What are the advantages of taking the exam?
We offer the exam not just for the sake of grading, but to create concrete benefits for you as a learner:
- Instead of a simple confirmation of participation, you will receive a detailed examination certificate for your CV.
- The examination certificate lists the content covered in more detail than the confirmation of participation. The examination certificate also shows how well you did.
- The exam prepares you for your everyday life in your new role. Both the e-exam and the practical exam, which is based on real-life situations, contribute to this. The tasks will help you to think through the content in more depth and reflect on your learning progress based on the feedback you receive. The practical exam is a practical "dry run", i.e. a kind of dress rehearsal for your tasks in everyday working life.
- You will also receive valuable feedback from the trainer and the other attendees for the practical exam, giving you ideas for the future of your practice.
Is there a practice run or sample questions for the e-exam so that you can get a better idea of how much detail they go into and how they are structured?
- As soon as you have booked the exam, you will see it in your Haufe learning environment. There is also a tile with more detailed information about the e-exam module. This tile also contains a small mini-preview of the exam format with various sample question formats. This will give you an impression of the exam format.
- It is important to us that the exam is not intended to cram and quiz definitions. Rather, it is about a general understanding of the content of the Master Class.
When can I take the exam?
We know that it can sometimes be difficult to find the time for the exam components in hectic everyday life. That's why we have different deadlines for the individual components of the exam:
- You have access to the online learning materials for a total of 12 months from the start of the course. During this period, you can take the e-exam at your convenience.
- Following the Master Class, elective dates for the practical examination are scheduled. These take place a few weeks apart so that you have enough time to prepare.
- However, we advise against using the maximum processing time and recommend that our attendees take the examination components as soon as possible.
