At the end of the Master Class, you will present an elaborated UX topic online in front of an audience of stakeholders and receive individual feedback. Together with a multiple-choice test and the submission of three transfer tasks, the presentation forms the basis for certification as a Certified UX Manager.

To be eligible to take the exam, you must have completed the two Master Class courses. We recommend that you complete all courses within a maximum of two years and take the exam shortly after finishing the last course.
The content of the two Master Class courses is covered on the exam. Once you’ve booked the exam, you’ll see it in your Haufe learning environment. There, you’ll find a tile with more detailed information about the e-exam, including a brief preview of the exam format with various sample questions.
