E-exam: Master Class Certified UX Manager

If you have booked the Master Class to become a certified UX Manager, the exam is already included. The Master Class prepares you for the exam and concludes with it.

Learning is only successful if theory can be transferred into practice. That is why the Master Class UX Manager:in exam is designed with this in mind. The exam consists of two parts, an e-exam and a practical exam. Both parts can be completed flexibly at the workplace or in the home office.

The content of all four Master Class courses is relevant for the exam. As soon as you have booked the exam, you will see it in your Haufe learning environment. There is a tile with more detailed information about the e-exam, such as a small mini-preview of the exam format with various sample questions. 

The exam takes place online. It can be completed from the comfort of your own home or office within a specified time frame. It consists of the following two components:

  • E-exam: 20 knowledge questions are randomly selected from a pool of questions on the content of the UX basic training.
  • Focus exercises (Exercises to be done): In the UX Management advanced training course, focus exercises are regularly provided to facilitate the transfer into practice. Three of these must be completed and submitted.
  • Practical examination: Presentation of a topic from the course in front of an audience of stakeholders (15-minute presentation and 15-minute feedback discussion). The dates for the presentation are set at the beginning of the course.
