Examination requirements
The prerequisite is the completion of 2 compulsory seminars and 2 elective seminars. At least one year of practical experience in an agile project environment is also required. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or uncertainties.
Exam form and content
You will prepare a written paper (length: 10-15 pages) on your own use case from your practice. Starting with a kick-off webinar, you will be prepared for your task and supported throughout the process. You have approx. 12 weeks to complete your paper. The assessment and certification is carried out by the Haufe Akademie carried out. Your work will be presented in a final webinar.

Final examination
After completing the compulsory and elective seminars, a case study must be prepared that relates to a (preferably) current task from the participants ' working practice. In the kick-off webinar, the examination procedure is explained and Q & A is discussed. In the following 12 weeks, the case study must be completed. During this time, you will receive professional support and assessment from the instructor. In the final webinar, all participants will briefly present their case work and receive peer feedback.
