In this innovative training course with three action-oriented online modules, you will strengthen your ability to formulate your key messages in writing in a concise and decision-ready manner and to prepare them effectively. In the subsequent training training, you will expand your verbal and rhetorical skills - for an effective and convincing presentation to decision makers. Afterwards, take advantage of the opportunity to work on and prepare a selected real-life case in an individual coaching session and successfully secure your projects and plans.

Introduction to the program and the steercom method of the 8 steps. Explanation and practical practise of

Step 1 (pyramid principle),

Step 2 (clarifying the assignment and defining the core question from the addressee's perspective) and

Step 3 (structuring the topic with a question tree and the MECE principle) using a concise sample case and documentation in the "Miro" online tool.

Brief repetition of the previous steps and in-depth examples for step 6 (convincing storylines), followed by explanation and practical practice of

Step 7 (visualization of the core messages of the storyboard) and

In addition, there is the opportunity for participants to contribute and discuss their own examples and to complete a presentation on an in-depth individual exercise case. Preparation for Module 4 with Peter Flume (documentation with the online tool "Miro")
