The e-examination to become a certified BEM representative is based on the content of the compulsory seminar 1 "Legally compliant concepts of company integration management (BEM)". The examination is based on single or multiple-choice questions. We recommend taking the exam shortly after attending compulsory module 1 (topicality requirement).
Procedure:
- The e-exam is an online-based exam on your PC and takes 30 minutes.
- You can take the exam in your familiar surroundings at a time of your choosing.
- You will be shown immediately afterwards whether you have passed or failed.
The 90-minute 1:1 coaching session serves as transfer support and offers the opportunity to bring in your personal BEM case and benefit from the exchange with the experts . You can also choose other topics relating to the BEM that you would like to discuss and deepen. For example, questions concerning your own role, challenging situations with BEM beneficiaries or other stakeholders. There may also be technical questions that remain unanswered.
The coaching appointment is arranged directly and individually by the participant with the expert. The coaching itself takes place as a video call.
In the second part of the exam, you will present a case study of your choice from your everyday professional life in 10-15 minutes and then discuss it with the plenum (participants from the course group and the examination committee). You can use PowerPoint or an alternative presentation format as the basis for your presentation.
Procedure:
- The exam takes place online in a group of 3 to 6 people.
- Please book one of the available dates.
- Duration of the presentation: 10-15 minutes followed by a discussion round.
