As part of the Corporate Innovation qualification program, you will complete three modules, consisting of the topics of business field development, mindset change and the development of a corporate start-up. The entire qualification program comprises 6 seminar days. At the end of this qualification, you will receive a meaningful certificate that documents in detail the expertise you have acquired as a Corporate Innovation Specialist.

In our three innovation modules, you will acquire extensive knowledge to be professionally positioned as a Corporate Innovation Specialist:
- You will learn how to identify strategic search fields and set up a suitable innovation management system that generates innovations.
- You will learn how to use modern digital assistance systems to recognize trends at an early stage and generate business ideas based on them by using the right creativity techniques.
- You will be given methods to analyze and prioritize potential new business ideas and translate them into convincing business plans.
- You understand what "objective learning" means and can initiate "learning teams" in your organization.
- You have developed your individual strategy for introducing the "innovation mindset" and can successfully establish it.
- You will gain a broad overview of the opportunities and challenges involved in setting up corporate start-ups.

- You are able to implement new business areas and lead business development teams.
