This training is held in German.
Projects can very quickly suffer from open or unspoken conflicts - there is even a risk of failure. Dealing with conflicts correctly is therefore a skill that is relevant to the success of a project manager, but also for managers and Employees in the project environment. In this intensive training course, you will learn to understand and analyze conflicts and to find and adopt a solution technique for yourself. Get to know procedures that are suitable for you personally, which you can practise and then implement under pressure.

Understanding and evaluating conflicts

  • Types of conflict, conflict analysis, conflict assessment.

Communication and conflict

  • 4 sides of a message, message, relationship building.

Recognize, use and influence your own conflict behavior

  • Conflict types, social dialects, leadership style, team roles, drivers.

Techniques for dealing with conflicts

  • Between project participants, for dealing with their own conflicts in the project, e.g. rules for cooperative conflict resolution.
