Dealing with conflicts correctly is therefore a skill that is relevant to the success of a project manager, but also for managers and employees in the project environment. In this intensive training course, you will learn to understand and analyze conflicts and to find and adopt a solution technique for yourself. Get to know procedures that are suitable for you, which you can practise directly and then implement under pressure.

- What conflict types, social dialects, leadership styles, team roles and drivers are all about.
Techniques for dealing with conflicts
- Techniques for dealing with conflicts between project participants, for dealing with your own conflicts in the project team, for example through cooperative conflict resolution.
