Examination to become a certified "Agile Coach"
The further training to become a certified "Agile Coach" comprises four seminars (two of which are compulsory and two optional) as well as a final examination. The course should be completed within two years.

The training is primarily aimed at experienced Scrum Product Owners or Scrum Masters who have solid basic knowledge of agile project management. The content taught increases your methodological skills and provides the most important principles of coaching. After completing the course, you will be a professional coach in the agile project environment.
Please note: At least one year of practical experience in an agile project environment is required.
Final examination
Examination requirement
Prerequisite is the completion of two compulsory seminars and two elective seminars and at least 1 year of practical experience in an agile project environment.
Form of examination
You will prepare a written report on your own practical application.
Exam contents
Starting with a kick-off webinar, you will be prepared for your task and supported throughout the development process. The assessment and certification will be carried out by the Haufe Akademie carried out.
