This certification course was designed in cooperation with the Erasmus University (EHS) in Basel. Contents
Examination requirements
Prerequisite for participation in the exam is the completion of the 2-day seminar "OKR Professional - Implementing strategies agilely and effectively".
Form of examination
In addition to technical knowledge, the extent to which the attendees are able to apply the knowledge they have learned in practice is tested. There is a final presentation and an oral examination
Exam contents
Part 1: Preparation of the final written presentation on an OKR Professional task. Your final written presentation (approx. 10 PowerPoint slides) must be submitted to the examiner one week before the exam date.
Part 2: Presentation of the final presentation (20 minutes).
Part 3: Oral examination (20 minutes).
