E-exam: Master Class Certified UX Manager
Examination requirements
To be eligible to take the exam, you must have completed the two Master Class courses. We recommend that you complete all courses within a maximum of two years and take the exam shortly after finishing the last course.
Exam contents
The content of the two Master Class courses is covered on the exam. Once you’ve booked the exam, you’ll see it in your Haufe learning environment. There, you’ll find a tile with more detailed information about the e-exam, including a brief preview of the exam format with various sample questions.
Form of examination
The exam takes place online. It can be completed from the comfort of your own home or office within a specified time frame. It consists of the following two components:
- E-exam: 20 knowledge questions are randomly selected from a pool of questions on the content of the UX basic training.
- Focus exercises (Exercises to be done): In the UX Management advanced training course, focus exercises are regularly provided to facilitate the transfer into practice. Three of these must be completed and submitted.
- Practical examination: Presentation of a topic from the course in front of an audience of stakeholders (15-minute presentation and 15-minute feedback discussion). The dates for the presentation are set at the beginning of the course.

The exam can only be taken by participants of the Master Class UX Manager:in. The prerequisite for this is participation in all four courses.
