You will learn about the relevant legal regulations for human resources management and Payroll Accounting for hospitals and care facilities that apply the TVöD-K (collective agreement for civil servants). The training you a systematic insight into the labor and collective bargaining provisions of the TVöD-K in conjunction with legal regulations such as the ArbZG (Working Hours Act), ArSchutzG (Employment Protection Act), and the specific requirements of the professional groups.
