How are the costs calculated?

The costs depend on the topic, duration, and the extent of customization required. The base rate is a daily rate for up to twelve participants. With as few as five participants, you can save money compared to individual bookings. We charge for customization and redesign on a time-and-materials basis.

Additionally:

• For each person beyond the 13th, a fee of 150 EUR per person per training day applies. Larger groups by request.
• Training using digital or printed materials, as well as travel and lodging expenses for in-person training, are billed separately.

Optional additional services:

• AI learning assistant to support the application of knowledge in everyday work
• Kick-off, technical support, follow-up, and transfer coaching

All services and costs are clearly listed in your quote.
