This is what sets our coaches apart.

Good coaches can be very different.
However, there are a few similarities - and looking at these is the basis for our selection process. Only strictly vetted coaches carry out assignments on behalf of Haufe Business Coaching.

Business focus
All coaches have been self-employed business coaches for several years and support customers in a professional context. Their focus is on the business sector, not on life and social counseling.

Coaching experience
Our coaches have at least 500 hours of experience in business coaching with coachees at different hierarchical levels (specialists, managers, top executives). They are experienced in coaching decision-makers in large companies and can provide appropriate references.

Many years of professional experience
All coaches have many years of professional experience in various corporate contexts - from start-ups to large corporations. Most of them have management experience themselves and are familiar with the tasks involved. They are familiar with the challenges of complex organizations and can draw on a wide range of industry experience.

Recognized certification
In order to meet our high quality standards, many of our coaches are certified by recognized German and international coaching associations. These include the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Coaching Association (ECA), DCV, DBVC and dvct.

Regular further training
All coaches at Haufe Business Coaching know that constant further development is necessary in order to remain among the best. That's why they are constantly training, are aware of the latest trends and topics and take advantage of supervision.

Methodological competence
For optimal success in coaching, all coaches can draw on a variety of tried and tested methods - but do not apply them rigidly or "according to the textbook", but are able to combine and adapt them depending on the situation if the topic requires it.

The high level of competence and experience of our coaches forms the basis for effectively supporting our coachees in their development. A strict selection process ensures the high quality of our business coaching sessions.

If you have any questions about the coach profile, we will contact the coach by telephone.
We conduct a 60-minute telephone interview on coaching experience, training, methods and occasions.
If the experts at Haufe Coaching is convinced of a cooperation, the coach will be familiarized with the procedures of the Haufe Coaching process and will then be ready for your coaching request.
