Admission as an external contractual partner to our pool coaches
We are looking for experienced, committed, and competent business coaches who can support coachees in complex challenges with a combination of practical business experience and in-depth coaching expertise.
We are currently looking for coaches who can coach at a professional level on site in Stuttgart and Hanover. To be accepted into the coaches , you must meet our quality criteria.
Our quality criteria
Coaches are allowed to work in different ways—the key thing is that the quality is right. That's why we review every collaboration based on key criteria that ensure our standards are met. Only rigorously vetted coaches carry out assignments on behalf of Haufe Business Coaching.
Business focus
All coaches have been self-employed business coaches for several years and support customers in a professional context. Their focus is on the business sector, not on life and social counseling.
Coaching experience
Our coaches have at least 500 hours of experience in business coaching with coachees at different hierarchical levels (specialists, managers, top executives). They are experienced in coaching decision-makers in large companies and can provide appropriate references.
Many years of professional experience
All coaches have many years of professional experience in various corporate contexts - from start-ups to large corporations. Most of them have management experience themselves and are familiar with the tasks involved. They are familiar with the challenges of complex organizations and can draw on a wide range of industry experience.
Recognized certification
In order to meet our high quality standards, many of our coaches are certified by recognized German and international coaching associations. These include the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Coaching Association (ECA), DCV, DBVC and dvct.
Regular further training
All coaches at Haufe Business Coaching know that constant further development is necessary in order to remain among the best. That's why they are constantly training, are aware of the latest trends and topics and take advantage of supervision.
Methodological competence
For optimal success in coaching, all coaches can draw on a variety of tried and tested methods - but do not apply them rigidly or "according to the textbook", but are able to combine and adapt them depending on the situation if the topic requires it.

We conduct a 60-minute telephone interview on coaching experience, training, methods and occasions.
If the experts at Haufe Coaching is convinced that working together is the right approach, the coach will be familiarized with the procedures and processes and will then be available for coaching requests.

Decisive criteria for inclusion in the Haufe Coach Community include a broad methodological coaching education, at least 500 hours of coaching experience and many years of professional experience. The fit between the coachee's request and your coaches is decisive in determining whether a coaching request is suitable for you. Among other things, the coachee's wishes regarding the coach (es) as well as the local proximity and the focus of the content are decisive.
No. As described in the framework agreement, which you confirm at the beginning of your cooperation with the Haufe Akademie , the Haufe Akademie is your contractual partner - therefore you issue the invoice to the Haufe Akademie.
There are no fees for rebooking individual coaching sessions, provided your coachee informs you in text form 24 hours before the appointment. If you rebook less than 24 hours before the agreed appointment, you will be charged for the session in full so that you do not suffer any disadvantage from the last-minute cancellation.
