Hiring as an external contractor at specific locations
We are specifically expanding our coaches to include experienced, dedicated, and qualified business coaches who can support employees with in-depth coaching expertise and practical business experience in addressing challenging professional issues.
At this time, we are only considering applications from coaches who can conduct coaching sessions at the specialist level on-site in Bremen or Friedrichshafen.
Pleaseapply only if you are actively working in one of these regions and fully meet our quality criteria. Inclusion in our coaches requires demonstrable fulfillment of all quality requirements. Applications that do not meet these requirements cannot be considered in the selection process.
Our quality criteria
We evaluate every partnership based on key criteria that ensure our quality standards are met. Only coaches who have undergone rigorous screening carry out assignments on behalf of Haufe Business Coaching.

Business Focus
All of the coaches have been working as independent business coaches for several years and specialize in professional issues—ranging from leadership and collaboration to change management, as well as career and role-related questions.

Coaching Experience
Our coaches have at least 500 hours of experience and work with coachees at various levels of the organization—from specialists to executives—and can provide relevant references.

Relevant work experience
Our coaches have diverse professional experience in various corporate settings and industries. Most of them have leadership experience and are familiar with the challenges faced by complex organizations.

Recognized certification
To meet our quality standards, many of our coaches hold certifications from recognized German and international coaching associations, including ICF, dvct, DCV, DBVC, and ECA.

Regular further training
Our coaches are constantly developing their skills, staying abreast of current topics and trends, and regularly participating in supervision or peer exchanges.

Methodological competence
Our coaches work with a wide range of proven methods and apply them flexibly—tailored to the specific issue, situation, and individual coaching goal.

The high level of competence and experience of our coaches forms the basis for effectively supporting our coachees in their development. A strict selection process ensures the high quality of our business coaching sessions.

Initial telephone consultation
If you have any questions about the coaches, we will contact the coach by telephone.
In-depth interview
We conduct a 60-minute telephone interview on coaching experience, training, methods and occasions.
experts check-in
If the experts at Haufe Coaching is convinced that working together is the right approach, the coach will be familiarized with the procedures and processes and will then be available for coaching requests.
