The coachees select their coach and schedule their appointment directly—confidentially, independently, and without any additional coordination effort on the part of PE/HR.

In your admin dashboard, you can track the status of all ongoing coaching sessions at any time and keep track of all bookings. You will receive access directly with the order confirmation. You can also book additional coaching sessions here at any time.

How can I book business coaching for someone else and what is the procedure?

If you assistant a PE/HR manager, team lead, or assistant and would like to book business coaching for one or more people in your company, please use our Coaching Booking Tool. You will be responsible for purchasing the coaching sessions and selecting individual coaching packages for the participants. Once you have made a binding reservation, you will receive the invoice within 2 business days.

After that, the registered participants are responsible for the rest of the process. They will receive e-mail invitation to fill out the coaching questionnaire. Within 48 hours, we will suggest three suitable coach profiles to the participants. Once they have selected a coach, the coaching can begin immediately and will be available for 12 months.

Is there a minimum or maximum purchase quantity?

There is no minimum or maximum number of coaching sessions you can book. You can start with as few as one coaching session. A maximum of 12 participants can be booked at a time per booking transaction, but this process can be repeated as often as you like.

Do I have to pay for the Coaching Booking Tool?

There are no additional costs for the booking tool. You only pay for the coaching sessions you book. Prices for business coaching sessions are clearly listed on our website and are transparent throughout the booking process.

Can I cancel a coaching session from my booking?

No. Once you've made your reservation, the coaching sessions and coaching hours you've booked are binding. Unused hours cannot be credited or transferred to other participants.

What insights will I gain into the coaching process?

Your admin dashboard provides an overview of all booked coaching sessions. You can also see the current status of sessions that have taken place, as well as how many hours are still available. You won’t see the coach suggestions themselves; only the selected coach is displayed in your overview. You can find general information about the quality of our coaches here:
.Since the content of the coaching sessions is confidential between the coach and the coachee, you’ll only see the main reason for the coaching session as stated in the request.

Is it possible to continue the coaching?

Yes, you can initiate a new booking process for the coachee directly via your admin dashboard and thus book a follow-up coaching session.

Do I have to book directly or can I also make a non-binding inquiry?

If you book a coaching session for someone else, that booking is immediately binding. We’ve simplified the administrative process with the coaching booking tool: You can book coaching sessions in one place and keep track of all booked sessions at any time in the admin dashboard.
