Leadership Between Humans and AI

How Talent Development Strengthens Leadership in an AI-Driven Workplace.

Human Skills Meet AI Expertise

AI is transforming leadership—not as a future scenario, but already today in everyday work life. At the same time, skills that no technology can replace are becoming increasingly important: providing direction, building trust, and effectively guiding change. This is precisely where talent development plays a key role.

How can human skills be combined with a sustainable AI strategy? What skills will leaders truly need in the future? And how can we prepare them specifically for these challenges?

In the free online event “Leading Change ,” you’ll gain scientifically grounded insights, practical examples, and concrete ideas on how talent development can successfully shape leadership at the intersection of people and AI.

The Adult in the Room: Leading When Everyone Can Produce Anything

Sarah Rojewski

The Adult in the Room: Leading When Everyone Can Produce Anything

For decades, we’ve organized our work based on what people produce: code, concepts, designs, numbers. When AI delivers this output for everyone at the push of a button, this organizing principle loses its meaning, and what remains are four ways of working across all departments: those who set the pace; those who keep everything stable and secure afterward; those who hold an organization together, both internally and externally; and those who say “not like that” at the right moment.

Sarah Rojewski explains why, of all things, the last role becomes the scarcest resource in fast-paced organizations, and what that means in concrete terms for leadership, role profiles, and talent development.
