You can access your certificate of completion at any time in your personal learning environment after you have completed or withdrawn from the training program. Certificates will be sent to you within 14 days of successfully completing the training program. Your personal badge (an officially recognized digital certificate of completion) will be available to you training event the learning environment immediately after the training event concludes.

You will receive all necessary materials on-site. In addition, the materials will be available digitally in your learning environment on the day of the event. If additional materials are needed or special preparation is required, we will let you know well in advance.
