All 3 lecturers came from the field, so that the theory was wonderfully explained with examples from their wealth of experience.
We were a very heterogeneous group, which was equally exciting for us as participants and for the lecturer.
A really great point, which was an absolute added value for me, was the personalized feedback from the lecturers after exercises and role plays.
There was also enough freedom to address your own problems, where individual assistance was given.
Conclusion: My expectations were exceeded in many respects, as each participant was treated individually despite the different industries. The theory was so well embedded in practice that sometimes you didn't even notice that you were learning a lot. There's nothing worse than frontal teaching; anyone expecting this will be incredibly disappointed."
