Expert profile

Aiko Karaschewitz
Change does not begin with strategies, but with people. As a trainer and coach, I work where decisions are made: in thinking, emotions, and relationship patterns. I am interested in what really drives human behavior—especially under pressure, uncertainty, and dynamic circumstances.
I find it motivating when people begin to better understand themselves, their behavior, and their impact. When friction turns into orientation and cooperation gains depth.
Sustainable change can only succeed if we take people seriously. Teams, organizations, and their relationships are the key—that's where I come in.
