Main areas of work
Representation of domestic and foreign companies, in particular in collective bargaining and works constitution law, advice to companies on collective bargaining change processes (e.g. collective bargaining changes, in-house collective agreements) and negotiations with trade unions and works councils, support for restructuring and reorganization measures from strategic conception to final implementation, negotiation and conclusion of reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans, defense against the threat of strike action
