Professional experience

From 2013 to 2022: I worked in the IT industry as a consultant, coach, trainer, and team leader. In my work as a coach and trainer, we were able to develop successful solutions to the omnipresent shortage of skilled workers in the IT industry in recent years.
Since 2016, I have been working as a lecturer at Münster University of Applied Sciences. I teach key competencies (business confidence) and business management (introduction to Microsoft Dynamics 365) for business administration.
Since the beginning of this year (2022), I have been working as a consultant in human resources development and conducting training courses for managers.
Since 2022, I have been teaching a course at Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts—'Presentation Skills' in the Business Administration program.
