Being a creator in this process—getting the ball rolling—I love it!
I explore people's strengths with them so that they can act powerfully in their environment.
The people I work with appreciate my clarity, both in
my communication and in my actions. We can only change the framework conditions
to a certain extent, but we can certainly change our attitude and the way we
deal with them. For me, there is more than 0 and 1, a creative
space with different perspectives and a wealth of ideas. This is where I feel
at home.
