Julia Bach

I help specialists and managers gain orientation, consciously take on responsibility, and shape leadership effectively—even in complex and uncertain contexts. I don't see leadership as a technique, but rather as an attitude that is reflected in decisions, communication, and interactions with people. In my training courses, I combine psychological models, value-based approaches, and real-life leadership situations from everyday working life. It is important to me that participants not only receive inspiration, but also gain confidence in their actions and reflectively develop their own leadership style.
