Dr. Robert Scholderer

Entrepreneur Dr. Robert Scholderer is regarded throughout Europe as one of the leading experts on service level agreements (SLAs). The SOUSIS model he developed, which has won several innovation awards, is considered the international standard for SLAs.

Scholderer studied mathematics and computer science at the universities of excellence in Munich and Karlsruhe, earned his doctorate at KIT, and qualified as a professor at the Technical University of Ilmenau.

He has drafted and supported SLA and outsourcing agreements worth more than three billion euros for corporations.
