The theoretical content is acquired with the help of e-learning. This also contains relevant documents, templates, links and brochures for concrete implementation. The two subsequent webinars enable effective and efficient learning at the same time. In two parts of four hours each, short theoretical sections alternate with discussions, exercises and group sessions - just like in a classroom seminar.
A quiet room, a headset connected to the computer and a stable internet connection (ideally via LAN cable) are required. Activating the video camera is not a mandatory requirement, but makes working in the group easier.
