training
This training is held in German.
Managers in the public sector or at public employers face their own unique challenges: In many areas of public administration/public service, there are no objectively measurable numbers or results by which the performance of Employees can be judged. At the same time, the rigid framework of collective agreements and salary scales means that those responsible have few options for setting financial incentives. In addition, the demands on managers increase when they are responsible for (large-scale) projects and have to manage other project teams in addition to their own Employees . Find out in this training how you can manage your Employees effectively and motivationally, even under the special circumstances of public employers.
