Seminar evaluation for "Transport law for practitioners"

The speaker Horst-Dietrich Thonfeld on the topic:
"In negotiations about transport damage, I repeatedly find that employees of shippers or consignees in particular are not aware that the transport law provisions in the German Commercial Code (HGB) contain serious deviations from similar provisions in the German Civil Code (BGB) to the detriment of the injured party.
When reviewing contracts between shippers and transport companies, I also often discover that there are inadmissible deviations from mandatory legal provisions, which can lead to unpleasant surprises in the event of a claim.
With my training "Transport law for practitioners", I would like to use cases from my daily work to provide information for everyday practice so that no legal disadvantages are suffered later."
