This qualification program is held in German.
This course prepares you comprehensively for a role in automation projects in process management by combining advanced knowledge and skills from process management and IT. You will gain practical insights into process analysis, process design and their implementation, with a particular focus on task-based and process-based technologies. Participants will gain the necessary knowledge of: workflow automation, requirements management, business-IT alignment, change management and the implementation and roll-out of projects at the interface between development, IT and classic organizational principles.
