This qualification program is held in German.
The course prepares you comprehensively for a role in automation projects in process management by holistically combining advanced knowledge and skills from process management and IT. You will gain practical insights into process analysis, process design and their implementation. The focus is on task- and process-based technologies. Along the modules, you will learn all about workflow automation, requirements management, coordination between business and IT (business-IT alignment), change management and the implementation and roll-out of projects. This optimally covers the interface between development, IT and classic organizational principles.
