This supports a continuous improvement process (CIP). Unfortunately, retrospectives are often neglected or omitted because there is a feeling that they do not (or no longer) add value and that the same topics are always discussed. This is wrong! In this training course, you will learn how to design and moderate retrospectives in such a way that this does not happen to you.
