If conflicts arise between the employer and the works council, the implementation of matters subject to co-determination can be delayed - in the worst case, downright blockades can arise. This is where the conciliation board comes in as an internal arbitration body. But how does the procedure actually work? And what is important for a successful procedure? Does it even make sense to set up a permanent conciliation board? In this training , you will learn in a compact and practice-oriented way, using concrete examples of application, what should be taken into account in advance so that both sides can benefit as much as possible from the conciliation board in your company.
