The certified process manager course is the first part and thus the entry into the "Expert Line Process Management" and is aimed at participants who want to systematically build up their expertise in operational process management.

The Expert Line is a development path for process managers, or for those who want to become one. It is a holistic training program in which participants acquire extensive, long-term skills and specialist knowledge.

The focus is on practical relevance! After successfully completing the course, participants should be well prepared for the challenges of everyday process management and be able to easily implement what they have learned.

The prerequisite for taking the e-examination is the completion of all compulsory modules.

Form of examination

The e-exam is a written exam at your workplace and lasts approx. 60 minutes. As you take the exam directly on your PC, you save both travel costs and time.

The examination questions are based exclusively on the content taught in modules 3 & 4.
