Design thinking is an agile, systematic approach and collection of methods that allows you to put yourself in the customers shoes and develop and test your own solutions based on their needs. In this interactive training course, you will learn exactly what is behind design thinking, which methods are in this toolbox and how you can apply design thinking in an agile way in process management, and apply it directly as part of an accompanying case study!
