As an active or prospective managing director, you will receive an all-round carefree package with our GmbH management expert program. This program bundles and coordinates the topics relevant to management activities from the areas of business administration, strategy, law, leadership and personality.
The total duration of the program comprises 8 seminar days and approx. half a day for discussions as part of your individual development. You also have access to the learning library for one year.
Modules 1 to 4 initially cover business management, strategic and legal topics. Module 5 offers a range of other topics that are relevant for managing directors. By choosing 2 seminar days, you can set different priorities and deepen your knowledge in a targeted manner. In Module 6, you design your own personal development in the area of management and leadership within a set framework.
You decide when and where you complete which training . You can book the seminars individually or at an affordable package price. The contents of the seminars are self-contained, complementary topics. We recommend that you only take advantage of the telephone coaching after attending Module 1. All seminars should be attended within a period of 2 years. The e-learning library, which can be used for 12 months, contains 8 selected e-learning courses with a total duration of approx. 20 hours; you can use these as required.
