One-on-One Training: Using AI in Project Management
Master AI skills in just 4 hours: hands-on, platform-independent, and ready to use
Most project managers AI on an ad hoc basis—a prompt here, a question there. This one-on-one training takes it a crucial step further: You’ll learn to use AI as a systematic tool in your project work. During a preliminary consultation, we’ll work together to analyze your challenges and projects. Building on this, you’ll develop ready-to-use, reusable skill documents during one-on-one training for the exact tasks that cost you the most time and frustration in your day-to-day project work. You’ll develop these using the 4D AI Fluency Framework, a standardized competency model from Anthropic, one of the world’s leading AI providers.
Your skills work across platforms—including ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and others—are ready to use immediately, and can be colleagues directly with your colleagues .
Preliminary Interview – Your PM Assessment (approx. 15 minutes)

- Project Launch and Planning: Project Charter, Project Structure Plan, Schedule, and Documentation.
- Communication and stakeholder management: status reports, emails, meetings, minutes.
