Contents
The first module teaches the basics of a systemic approach to project management coaching in classic, hybrid and agile projects. It covers the use of the St. Gallen Management Model, the development of sustainable goals with the extended goal tree and the integration of an agile mindset and SCRUM in hybrid project management.
The second module focuses on systemic stakeholder management through transparent communication, recognizing and constructively resolving resistance as well as collegial case consultation for resource-oriented solutions. In addition, appreciative project reflections and reviews are used to sustainably increase the quality and efficiency of projects.
This training program uses a combination of coaching methods as well as classic and agile approaches to expand your methodological skills.

Yes, the "Systemic coaching in projects" training course is about teaching concretely applicable agile and coaching methods. Participants should therefore have sufficient time to apply the knowledge from Module 1 in their own work context. Module 2 builds on the experience gained in the meantime. Participants therefore not only expand their theoretical knowledge, but also get to practise directly in a real situation and can ask individual questions in Module 2.
