    What are the formats Impulse, Workshops and Lean Coffee all about?

    Each format is concise, practical and perfectly tailored to everyday management:

    Impulses are compact, inspiring online sessions in which experienced trainer offer managers new perspectives and food for thought on current challenges - in an interactive and practical way.

    A workshop is an intensive, virtual learning format that provides managers with targeted knowledge and tools on relevant topics. Interactive exercises and exchanges with experienced trainer provide directly applicable insights for everyday work.

    Lean Coffee is a moderated, virtual discussion group for managers in which the participants share their experiences of the impulses they have learned and their application and learn from each other in a structured way - flexibly, solution-oriented and practical.

    What does a leadership sprint involve?

    A leadership sprint extends over a period of approx. 6 weeks. During these 6 weeks, the participants deal with the respective topic of the sprint. They take part in several virtual sessions, none of which lasts longer than 4 hours. These sessions can be keynote speeches, mini-workshops or the final lean coffee session. Explanation of the formats here.

    The number of keynote speeches and mini-workshops varies from sprint to sprint, as we try to prepare the topics as appropriately as possible. However, the lean coffee session forms the end of each sprint. Between the virtual sessions, all participants have the opportunity to apply the tools, methods or best practices they have learned themselves in order to achieve rapid success and gain experience.

    Can the Leadership Sprints be booked individually?

    Yes, each Leadership Sprint can be booked individually. You can book one or all six for your managers - and everything in between. The only important thing is that we recommend no more than 10 to 12 participants per sprint for optimum learning success.

    Can the Leadership Sprints be integrated into existing Development Programs ?

    In principle, our sprints can also be integrated into Development Programs or expanded as required. We will be happy to advise you on whether the sprint format is still the right way to achieve your goals or whether a development program is the better path to success in your case.

    What does a Leadership Sprint cost?

    The costs per Leadership Sprint vary between €2,500 and €5,000. This is mainly due to the fact that each Leadership Sprint consists of a different number of sessions depending on the topic. For a group size of 10 people (we recommend a maximum of 12), the per-person costs are between €250 and €500. If you are already a framework contract partner of Haufe Akademie Prices may vary.

    Why are the Leadership Sprints only offered virtually?

    As standard, the leadership sprints are only offered virtually, as we have optimized the respective formats for this form of implementation. This form of learning also enables practical integration into day-to-day management, especially when managers work at several locations or (partially) remotely. On request, the Leadership Sprints can also be offered in person. Please note, however, that additional costs may then be incurred for customization requests, as we do not recommend transferring the Leadership Sprints 1:1 to face-to-face training.

    Are the Leadership Sprints also available on topics other than those presented on the website?
