We offer our training courses throughout Germany in carefully selected hotels to ensure convenient travel. attendees can reserve rooms at reasonable rates up to four weeks before the start of the event. Our hotels offer ideal learning environments with high-quality event rooms, healthy cuisine and wellness facilities.

Discounted event tickets are available for travel by Deutsche Bahn. And on site, experienced seminar supervisors ensure that everything runs smoothly and offer orientation and leisure tips.

Overnight stays at preferential prices

Low-cost room contingents have been reserved for attendees in all hotels up to four weeks before the start of the event. Please book your room with reference to the Haufe Akademie in good time, as the contingents are limited. Please note that you are the sole contractual partner of the hotel. You are responsible for paying the accommodation and any cancellation fees. With your registration documents you will receive detailed hotel information with exact directions.

One factor that should not be underestimated for successful learning is an environment that promotes concentration and is perceived as pleasant by the participants. The Haufe Akademie selects all event hotels very carefully. The event room and its technical equipment must meet high standards.

When the mind is challenged, the body should also come into its own. We make sure that after the intensive work phases, a balanced, healthy cuisine and wellness facilities provide strength, balance and well-being.

A full stomach doesn't like to study. That's why we make sure that you are always served balanced and light meals with fresh ingredients. At all full-day and multi-day events, we offer you a lunch buffet or three-course menu, hot or cold snacks during breaks, fresh fruit and a selection of drinks.

We hold our events in selected hotels throughout Germany. In order to make your journey as short as possible, we are continuously expanding our network of venues as well as the range of hotels in cities where we are already represented.

Arrival with Deutsche Bahn

We have arranged special conditions for travel by Deutsche Bahn. The ticket is valid for travel to the event venue (City-Ticket available depending on ticket category) or to the nearest local or long-distance train station. The link to book the ticket with Deutsche Bahn can be found in the participants' personal learning environment.
