This distance learning course based on the internationally recognized standards of the Project Management Institute (PMI)® will teach you the methodological and technical skills of a project manager and which social skills are essential. The supplementary training "Leadership skills and communication for project managers - basics" offers you the opportunity to expand and deepen your existing knowledge as a project manager in an application-oriented way.
