- Positioning yourself between harmony and conflict, authoritarian and participative, problem and solution focus.
Understanding leadership and decision-making behavior
- Know different leadership styles and decision-making processes, select them appropriately for the situation and practice them in an emotionally intelligent way.
Organizational structures
- Project organization in the field of tension of the matrix?
- Are projects a special case or rather the rule across the board?
- How to deal with structural conflicts?
Project methodologies
- From waterfall and V-model to agility and critical chain.

Methods
Taking stock of your own project situation and the current "course-setting" in its environment. Analysis of everyday and structural conflicts in the project, short inputs for a better understanding of culture, structures and newer project methodologies. Developing, trying out and practicing possible solutions in individual and small group discussions, feedback and reflection in the group. And: practise until you are looking forward to your next conflict!
