Nevertheless, the right use of new technologies, special processes and communication measures can make virtual projects a success and enable real teamwork. Learn and experience the key factors of virtual collaboration in this online training course, based on the Virtual Team Maturity Model (VTMM®), which was awarded the German Study Prize by the German Association for Project Management (GPM) in 2017.
