This training is held in German.
PRINCE2® (Projects in Controlled Environments) is a process-oriented project management method. Building on the PRINCE2® training training (web info no. 5768), this PRINCE2® training training course goes into the individual contents in greater depth and trains them using exercise sequences. The focus is on the adaptation of PRINCE2® to a project scenario and the targeted preparation of participants for the two-and-a-half-hour PRINCE2® Practitioner exam. The exam is already included in the seminar price and takes place online after the training - whenever it suits you best!

  • Business case, organization, plans, progress, risk management, quality, configuration management.

Exercises and case studies

  • You will learn how to apply PRINCE2® in day-to-day project business with numerous practice scenarios.
  • Joint preparation for the PRINCE2® Practitioner exam with sample exams.

PRINCE2® Practitioner exam

  • The two-and-a-half-hour PRINCE2® Practitioner exam takes place online at People Cert after the training .

For the PRINCE2® training training and the exam, the manual "PRINCE2® 7 Managing Successful Projects" is mandatory. The book is only available electronically and is included in the PRINCE2® Foundation training . If you do not yet own a book, but fulfill the requirements for participation in PRINCE2® Practitioner, the book (current price approx. € 126) can be obtained directly at the start of the seminar via the PeopleCert platform. You will receive further information on the first day of the seminar.

The prerequisite for the certificate is passing the PRINCE2® Foundation exam (see booking no. 5768). Alternatively, proof of passing the Project Management Professional (PMP)® or IPMA® Level A-D exam is recognized.

Final examination

Please note: The PRINCE2® Practitioner exam is conducted by the PeopleCert* certification institute. On the first day of the seminar, the:die trainer registers all participants for the exam with PeopleCert.
