Hogan results reports
Participants receive a total of three detailed Hogan results reports with development notes as well as a one-page summary of the three reports.
Potential report
The potential report outlines the:r participant's everyday management style, including behavioral descriptions, leadership skills and extensive development recommendations.
Risk report
Behaviors that are strengths in normal situations can become extremely strong in stressful situations and thus turn into weaknesses or risks depending on the situation. The risk report shows the respective behavior as a manager in stressful situations in cooperation with employees, customers and superiors. The report predicts risks that can reduce your own ability to build a team that performs well in the long term.
Values report
The values report explores personal values and goals that ultimately determine leadership behavior, aspirations and expectations in life. What the: participant values shapes the leadership style. This in turn determines the environment that participants create for themselves as leaders and the corporate culture in which they can do their best work as leaders.
A detailed description of the three Hogan reports will be sent out with the information package.
Who receives the results report?
The participants who have completed the Hogan test. The coach receives a copy of the results report to prepare for and conduct the evaluation meeting.

Duration: approx. 1 hour
An experienced, certified coach interprets the results and agrees the first sensible development steps with the participant .
