Of the three areas of law (employment law, income tax law and social security law), the focus is on employment law. TVöD topics are not covered. A detailed script with examples facilitates direct implementation in practice.
The entire content of the seminar "Assistance as an HR Expert I" 9284 or 32423 is not a prerequisite for this training; however, it is helpful to understand the law on instructions and to know examples of topics such as the pyramid of standards, basic rules of the Working Hours Act (ArbZG), the Protection against Dismissal Act (KSchG) and the Federal Leave Act (BUrlG).
Content requests and expectations are asked in advance to ensure that the training is tailored to specific needs. In a consultation session, which takes place online around 6 weeks after attending the seminar, there is the opportunity to discuss open questions and problems with the lecturer.
