Methods
Taking stock of your own project situation and the current "course-setting" in its environment. Analysis of everyday and structural conflicts in the project, short inputs for a better understanding of culture, structures and newer project methodologies. Developing, trying out and practicing possible solutions in individual and small group discussions, feedback and reflection in the group. And: keep practicing until you are looking forward to the next conflict!
